Restaurant Reservations and Dining
Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone or email and are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and evenings. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.

Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Dress Code and Conduct
We maintain a smart-casual dress code and expect respectful behaviour from all guests. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not adhering to these standards.
Casino Terms
Real, Physical Casino
Kitchen & Menu includes a real, physical casino with poker, roulette, and blackjack tables for adult guests. The casino is not online or virtual; all games are played face-to-face at our venue. You must be 20 years or older to enter the casino area, in accordance with New Zealand law.
Responsible Gambling

Casino Conduct
Guests must follow casino rules and instructions from staff at all times. Cheating, fraud, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal and possible legal action.
